‎@runningwithheart Ending Week1 of 2024 at TCD (Thompson's Creek Dam): 07/01/24

My first week of 2024 and first week back into training following some downtime after UTMB #UltraTrailKosciuszko 4 weeks ago.
This session was an enjoyable 5km loop with a challenging climb at the beautiful Thompson's Creek Dam, a short drive from Wallerawang NSW.
